Very good animation, very good coloring and feel to it. I really wish I could somehow see the rest of it because I think this has potential to be a great film. Maybe I will someday, right? Good luck with that.

One thing I found kinda funny though.... those shark people guys.... they're sharks, with a set of razor sharp teeth... and they fight each other by kicking? I laughed at that.

Voicework was good, and the dialogue was pretty entertaining. So you get a 4.

UNFORTUNATELY, I am unmoved by the fact that you're a newgrounds celebrity. If anyone else had submitted something identical to this they wouldn't have gotten over a 2. Hell, about 20 other people HAVE submitted stuff that is just as good as this and they all have scores below 2.

It's obviously not your fault that you won, you were just having fun submitting this, so I don't blame you for anything.

Your award is just a good statement of how corrupt the community has become. Apparently we've entered an age where good animation involves just 2 shapes bouncing up and down on a line. I guess I'm just old fashioned.

Let's see how long it takes for my review to be marked "useless" because I disagree with the popular opinion of the fanboys...

Surprisingly thorough. There have been a lot of microsoft windows games like this. But what sets this apart from the others is that this one doesn't suck diarrhea straight from the ass of a rhinoceros.... if you catch my meaning.

I don't think it was nearly as good as Blockhead Ghostmas. There isn't nearly as much detail in the backgrounds in this flash, but I guess part of that is just due to the setting. Still very well animated though. Nice work.

And on a side note, I don't really see how this belongs in the Christmas 2008 collection...... like... at all.... Ghostmas is a Halloween-like holiday... and this was submitted a week into 2009..... how is this in any way christmas 2008?

I am growing very fucking annoyed by the Newgrounds standards of "quality."

This deserves way higher than a 3.69.

The animation was fantastic, it was funny, and it had a beautiful style to it. Seriously, this is fantastic. And don't get discouraged by the score. I've noticed plenty of awesome cartoons that sit proudly in the shadows of the shitty ones that are for some reason more popular.

I've grown to accept that the score of your flash is meaningless. As long as you are proud of your work, and you know what you created is good, then fuck everyone else.

This is good man. Nice job.

very nice voice acting. there wasn't much animation here, but the voice acting was terrific, and i'm sure that's where your high score comes from.

and something tells me flash isn't the only program you used here. what else did you use?

was this all done with a mouse? if so, then you do deserve some extra credit. The only animation i've ever had to do with a mouse is stick figures, so i have to assume this whole movie took an especially long time.

on the plus side, there were some genuinely funny parts to this movie that made me chuckle. (the part where Grinch-laden sewed his hands to the fabric for example). and the animation wasn't too bad considering the tools you had to work with. so nice job on that

the movie could have benefited from some background music though. it needed more than just some music at the end. you'd be surprised how some ambient background noise (or music) adds to the movie. it makes it sound more finished.

also, the voice quality was kind of low, but I can understand that entirely because it is extremely difficult to change the pitch of your voice without altering the speed. I had a hell of a time doing that for my elf in my flash. (I ended up using 3 different programs to work on the same audio file)

So good job. I didn't give you this score because just because you did me a favor... but I did give you a 5/5 for that reason :-)

the animation kind of reminded me of ren and stimpy. it was pretty good. congrats on that. the audio did the trick even without sound effects, so that too was satisfactory.
the story was a little weak, but for the length, i suppose it got the job done. alright so Satan through a birthday party for Jesus, and Jesus got wasted... but why did Satan drive a flying sleigh like Santa? that was kind of unclear, and maybe there's a joke to that that I'm just overlooking but I thought it was good.
and I could see why you mother would be appauled by this, but as an athiest I am unscathed :)

Sure, the animation was kind of limited, but you've got some great effects in this thing. And it seems like what could develop into a very enthralling story. Good writing. I hope the second part doesn't take as long as this one did :-P
