totally worth the wait

you've gotta do more stuff like this. you're such a talented animator, and a great storyteller. this kicked mountains of ass.

definitely going to be watching this a bunch more times.

the writing is hilarious! you've got the sound of classic noir down pat. very well done.

i altered it a little.. that PM had a lot of typos

maybe i'm overtired, but i've watched this like 50 times, and it gets funnier every time i see it. really really outstanding.

and the artwork is awe-inspiring. facial expressions and animation are superb. i love it.

its not often i actually laugh out loud at stuff i see on newgrounds, but this had me rolling. great work. hmm, this sounds an awful lot like a PM. but i dont think i'm gonna bother sending you one of those. that would be stupid

seriously, the kind of animation you do is really difficult (in my experience, at least). but you've made some really great looking fight scenes. i always look forward to seeing your cartoons. keep it up, amigo

i dunno if you agree or not, but i think this is the best one you've ever done. the animation was really tight, and it was genuinely funny. but back to the animation: there's some damn fine work here. you've always been pretty good, but here we have some very evident improvement. its very polished, and you have your own style. terrific! can't wait for part 2

here's your biggest problem

people don't like it when you have a message in your cartoons that are different from what they believe. if you do, then you're just being pushy and preachy.

i thought this was some very clever storytelling. i liked the metaphors. regardless of weather or not i agree with the theme, i have to admire how you approached it. thought provoking indeed.

in terms of animation, i thought it worked perfectly with your art style.

i imagine this was probably a lot of fun to make. its not often on newgrounds we get a flash that actually makes us think. but like i said, some people are going to refuse to think no matter what you try to tell them.

the animation is splendid, and i got a decent chuckle out of it. fine work. im not sure how well this will carry on as a series (seems kind of like a one joke thing) but if you think you can do it, all i can do is wait and see how you'll prove me wrong.
